Founded right here in Forsyth County, our League brings together women of all backgrounds who share a common goal: to support and uplift women, children, and families in need.

We are proud to be in our founding year — a grassroots organization built by and for women who care deeply about where they live. You don’t need to be a lifelong resident to belong here.
