About — Forsyth County Junior Service League

Women showing up for Forsyth County

Built here.
By women who live here.

Our story

A service league grassroots by design

The Forsyth County Junior Service League is a women-led, all-volunteer organization dedicated to serving women, children, and families in need — right here in Forsyth County.

We started in 2025 with a small group of women who believed that showing up consistently, in your own community, is one of the most meaningful things you can do.

We are grassroots by design. No paid staff. No distant headquarters. Every member is a neighbor — some who have lived here for decades, some who just arrived — and everyone is welcome.

If you want to serve, lead, and build real relationships with women who show up, there is a place for you here.
